from the greeters and valet to the relaxing spa and housekeeping was spectacular

we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and booked a couple s massage in their spa

staff at check-in and the spa were exceptional!

really liked how the palms hotel & spa blends a relaxing tropical atmosphere with a sense of refined comfort

the spa is great to relax and the location on the beach with beach club is superb

excellent, the rooms are perfect with lovely amenities, the fragrance infuser is spectacular, the spa perfect,

spa is amazing! and everywhere you go the staff are great!

spa was ok , massage was very successful but the spa area was designed basic

we loved the garden courtyard with spa pool and the cafe on site

thing to note is that the hotel mentions spa and wellness facilities, but these are not actually on-site

they were supposed to have a spa but there was no therapist at the time

never changed our bed sheets or towels in 6 days no coffee machine or tea machine in the room no spa /

and the backyard with the spa was mind blowing

second you walk into the lobby it feels like you're in an era gone by, gorgeous decor and fruity spa water for

not for a family with kids

usable gym, though for only one person at a time

wifi did not worked at all for ll the hotel guests and seems like the team of the hotel did not do

there is spa water available everywhere for guests and the front desk concierge is available for

the pool closes way to early for an adults only resort night swim isn t allowed

the only problem was the wifi in the room and the absence of a tea and coffee making facility.

staff was very friendly and extremely professional from the concierge to spa personnel to security to beach

was a nice property but could use any spa facilities with a fee saunas and steam, which was weird

i was trying to enjoy the spa after a great massage the fire alarm went off, it kind of ruined the relaxation

location was great, pool felt amazing, food was very good
