great room, great spa and very friendly staff

to the spa was very limited, we stayed saturday to monday, only open sunday morning and did not open until

unfortunate that the spa was closed on a monday and only opened at 15

hotel, restaurants and spa facilities, will definitely stay again if i'm in bordeaux in the future

the attention to details, the kindness of solicitude of the staff, the spa and garden are fantastic

expected more from the spa and the pool was a little smaller than expected but it was still nice

although there is no bar they do serve drinks which you can take into the lovely courtyard

breakfast is good, be sure to ask if you want something, staff happy to oblige

no on-site bar or restaurant - nearest a 5 min walk away

the was no bar or options for an evening meal.

location, stylish clean room, comfortable bed, extremely helpful staff, nice spa and nice

surprised by the additional 40 cost to use the spa - would expect to pay for treatments but not a sauna

the spa was wonderful and the therapists there were downright the friendliest and caring i ve ever

room dark. roof top bar and spa needs attention.

spa facilities are minimal - consist of just 1 sauna, 1 steam room and a hydro pool
