spa is no longer functional

the pool was extremely dirty location not too good. can't walk anywhere

the food the ambience and the service like room service etc quite slow and disappointing.

wifi and parking are extra, and quite expensive with terrible speed, no self parking it takes over

the gym please, mclean it and make upgrades

junior suite was excellent with a big, comfy bed and spa bath

spa tub in the junior suite was great, but power of jets rather low

free valet parking breakfast was okay but nothing special

breakfast was very good and offered a nice selection of mexican food

also, i ordered a soup for room service and was told it would be delivered to me in 15 minutes

the staff went out of their way to make it a fantastic experience with extra fans, laundry and beautiful rooms

we needed moto parking and they fit in the entranceway where they were very safe (thank you

- great (and filling) breakfast included - the location: very close to the historical center and with a free

in house bar and restaurant were great

parking is a bit offsite, though it is secure

pet friendly too

the breakfast is so so in the room, there are no coffee pods or tea kettle there is no room service front desk

only small complaint is they try to upsell the spa a lot and they don t have enough people walking around
