the guest room is off the kitchen,dining,living room which meant it was a little noisy in the morning

the room was sold as mountain view but actually looked over a parking lot and garden
the cost, and if i had stayed for two nights i would have enjoyed a more relaxed a la carte or bar menu
it would be good to have a bar menu as well as an a la cartel menu...
slightly expensive. despite being pet friendly dogs are not allowed in restaurant
wifi was bad, better to say hardly existing

the apartment was spacious and fantastically warm and comfortable

the spa was fully booked
everything. great location, rooms and food is beautiful. spa facilities lovely too.

staff were amazing, especially the front desk and spa staff
parking can be a bit tight as people use the spa and also the hotel is popular as a conference and meeting venue

partner played a round of golf while i had a massage and used the spa the golf course is very run down more like
we had a lovely time relaxing in the spa and having some treatments

beautiful property, super comfy beds (and cot for baby), lovely spa run by susan.
the bar was exceptionally cozy with loads of drinks and food to choose from
all the staff we met at reception, in the bar and restaurant were courteous and helpful
