pool spa under renovation

the pool and spa were closed and we did not know until we arrived.

spa tub was super amazing

gum on the ceiling ( which i thought was a big bug at first), our spa tub didnt fully work

this property was presidential. the room was nice and comfortable, and the spa was amazing!

really, stunning, well curated common spaces; huge, luxurious rooms; attentive, polite, and knowledgeable staff

i didn't get a chance to enjoy the spa service but i will next time

pool and the spa was not open that something they should have told you before you book it just was not a 4 star

longer because i would have loved to check out the restaurant on the 25th floor and booked a spa service

the good - location and price the bad - a little dated, horrible gym

everything in the was amazingly pleasing. i love the pool and fitness room.

we called room service, ordered a couple of things and asked for a couple of cokes

was extremely professional, hotel in general was very nice, including the room, pool, etc

we bought drinks at the bar and took them to our room- because the bar was full

nice gym to work out in 24/7 and the entire hotel smelled very nice

we had a large beautiful spa tub. also, the room was very quiet.

lovely continental breakfast with lots of choices

they have a communal kitchen area with simple breakfast and coffee options, but they are within walking distance

wifi and no tv that night or morning

breakfast was great, it was a cool morning so i enjoyed the back porch for breakfast
