we had to call room service to have someone come

would have liked a balcony and the ac appeared to work- but room felt warm and wifi very weak

everything was extra wifi

they had a ballroom for the kids to play games

spa could have been better

i didn't use the pool and spa but went to look and it was spacious, lots of daylight and very clean

modern comfortable temperature controlled room;the thick spa quality bathrobes extremely luxurious

area and lack of separate locker area for people going to the spa was a dissapointment

i didn't care for was the pool area (way overcrowded with screaming kids) and the lockers for the spa were not

the garden was really nice! we used the pool and spa more than we thought because of it.

only thing i found the pool and spa were a little cool

due to proximity to old quebec, i would like to return and schedule time for the additional spa and meals

close to a board walk which was great for out pet to use the washroom in the grass as downtown quebec is mostly

helped us with all of our needs from booking special tours to arranging booking for a fabulous spa in town and

also, try strom spa 5 minutes by car away

the breakfast in the insulated bag that was left on the door was fantastic

working well, we had ripped towels, and no bath robes although they had a really nice pool and spa area
