the pool is pretty small and gets very packed on the weekends

asked for a phone charger at the front desk and room service was waiting at my door before i could even get

rooms were nice and clean. kids enjoyed loft beds. aesthetics were cool.

the discount was very nice, the gym, the bus and metro

really loved the hotel :-) the roof-top bar has excellent cocktails and a fabulous view of chicago

room lighting could be slightly ramped up and the hotel wifi speeds could be improved upon

although there is a restaurant with bar seating, a more relaxed bar/lounge would be good although space

i missed having a kettle in the room but the room service could deliver tea.

the steam room was not available during the week or if you do not have spa services

super nice, extremely clean! amazing restaurant and spa inside! our spa day was amazing

loved the soaking tub. they accommodated our request for a late check out.

we had n/a drinks one night in the hotel bar where they had a live jazz-style band playing

great location and cool design. gerin at the bar made the best french75. he was awesome.

we booked several last minute services at the spa and they were so accommodating

i didn't have time to use the gym or spa but the room was so nice and the bathroom was excellent

the cocktail bar lacked atmosphere and was noisy from the adjoining dining area.

i called for an early check in they kept saying nothing available

were able to accommodate early check in and concierge was able to deliver a bottle of champagne that met us in

the gym was great!!

bar and restaurant are stuffed up with nonaesthetical lamps and cupboards that ruin thesr splendid

it features lovely, comfortable rooms and a truly spectacular spa complete with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and

room service menu could have been a little more robust..
