location and the permises are great, as the set up for dinner and the idea of breakfast in the terrace in front

a breakfast where you have to pay extra for cheese, ham or eggs is simply unacceptable

the plunge pool was a welcome bonus after a busy day to chill out for half hour or so

the rooms are amazing!! the bar also lovely to have a pre dinner drink !!

the rooftop pool and gym - better not have them at all, they were small and just disappointing.

the smart tv would not connect to the wifi and despite being told it was fixed it would not connect

the gym is a super small room, not enough equipment and really room for 1 person at the time

the two negatives: no wifi in the rooms or terraces, which hinders travel planning or catching up on emails,

not really a complaint, but wifi does not work in guest rooms. a minor inconvenience.

no hot water, no breakfast facilities told bar across the rd but it didnt open till 10am

wi-fi was not available in our room, and hardly working in the bar area the tv was disconnected after one hour
