no parking no wifi in the room

we were not informed of the rooftop bar service or the wifi on arrival so only saw the information at checkout

wifi access limited and no lift for heavy suitcases - not a problem, just need to be aware if this

no wifi in the rooms only downstairs - the signal downstairs was adequate

not really a complaint, but wifi does not work in guest rooms. a minor inconvenience.

the receptionist recommended the bar la carcel for dinner - excellent advice

couldn't get wifi to work, but maybe that was me, i didn't check with staff.

no hot water, no breakfast facilities told bar across the rd but it didnt open till 10am

wi-fi was not available in our room, and hardly working in the bar area the tv was disconnected after one hour

the food in the rest/ bar was awesome - a must

desk the whole time we were there chatted with us, provided helpful recommendations, and gave our kids little

good facilities, although the spa was closed during our visit

the spa was less desirable could have more facilities

and spacey villas with comfy beds, great gym and spa facilities, only 2 minutes away from jerez circuit

was good size for three adults, the spa was great, the food was delicious and nice variety overall a great long

spa facilities are really good - but remember to book

service at the pool in the mornings was a bit slow (at 10 o clock the towels weren't ready yet etc

loved the swimming pools, lunch and dinner were good

a breakfast where you have to pay extra for cheese, ham or eggs is simply unacceptable

great location and plenty choice for breakfast

we felt very well looked after and really enjoyed breakfast on our terrace and the lovely lunches and dinners

i can t imagine a more beautiful setting for a drink than the courtyard bar area under the old jacaranda tree

downside was very poor pool that was not at all inviting to use even if it was hot weather

the rooftop pool and gym - better not have them at all, they were small and just disappointing.

it was a perfect location to explore jerez old town with all sights, great restaurants and bars very nearby

the rooftop pool is small but exclusive and has the most amazing view over the cathedral and alcazar, and

breakfast. staffs' english skills. size of the gym. cleaning.

in an ideal world would be able to order more food to the pool area

picky but the hotel was slightly quirky eg pool bar not opening before 5:30 and same breakfast served on both

gym and pool on the rooftop

don t be misled by the suggestion that the hotel has a swimming pool (or even pools), spa and a gym

close to cathedral and tio pepe bodega was ideal small spa room great for couples smart toilet was a nice addition

great sangria and very nice bar tender

the beer spa was the best and adrian and the girl (forgot the name) were really friendly helpful

location was amazing! the beer spa was a lovely bonus, well worth a visit.

this hotel is supposed to pride itself on wellness and spa and they don t even offer water

i liked the location, the spa and the help and friendliness of the hotel employees

walking distance of cadiz ctr, very friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean throughout, spa was wonderful

the best was the confort of the room, and the spa downstairs which i repeated twice

spa was disappointing having to pay 25euros just to use the basic facilities, not even paying for a

great location, nice spa and massage facilities.

there was a stunning small pool too on the next level

beautiful roof top pool and cocktail bar and terrace with views of the cathedral

wifi only available when in close proximity to the reception desk and even then it was too weak

wifi was virtually non existing - it was incredibly slow so we ended up just usong our data for the

we had a room near the spa on the bottom floor and did experience some drain odour on occasions

our kids ages 13 & 10 have thoroughly enjoyed themselves especially the spa which is available in the mornings

hotel staff very accomodating, breakfast included, spa for free
