the pools were dirty and the spa was really dirty

the room with a view to pool was comfortable and perfect for the trip , which was not for leisure at this time

room service was great and the housekeeping was wonderful.

kids loved the pool, a couple of nights there was live entertainment too

my stay with the kids was amazing a great place to spend quality time with the family.

only two pillows per bed, bed was stiff. wifi barely worked.

pool at the casita is great and we spent much of our time relaxing there

the common pool area is luxurious, but we barely left our gorgeous private plunge pool

in our room either we had to use our own personal phone to get in touch with them, the don t do room service

parking was dark at night could use some illumination

very clean and tidy; even the paint job on the property was obviously professionally done, the pool and bar area

downfall was the bugs in the pool but its the caribbean and i know one can only do so much at a time

restaurant and bar are both excellent

the pool and bar are the cherry to top of the cake, the food is fantastic and i enjoyed the best pina colada

though advertised, there was no spa available for massages, etc

the spa was not available due to covid-19

kitchen missing basics- spatula, napkins, paper towels, dish towel

there was a spa advertised but that was closed years ago they told me

spa was closed for renovations, which was a major disappointment

no fridge/micro in room. spa closed

very nice water park style pool for the kids

asked for a quiet room & we were put beside the swimming pool full of screaming kids

clean rooms, fitness room ok but tv s has no signal in gym. no bar inthe room.

secure parking with gated access provided a worry-free vacation for our family

the room features the spa products, which is a nice change from generic soap, shampoo, etc

and irving at the spa centre is an amazing masseur who really knows what he s doing - so much more than just

i also used the spa and the massages

just thinking about the massages at the ni spa makes me melt into a ball of dough

t not offer us assistance with luggage, give any information about the hotel, food and beverage, spa fitness

nothing other than the cost of the spa treatments was quite high.
