this hotel and green areas are gorgeous; the pool area is absolutely beautiful, and the room was very comfortable

we loved that we were located on the first floor in front of the pool

the bar and restaurant overlooking the ocean are relaxed and comfortable, with decent food and drinks

the spa was not available due to covid-19

there was a spa advertised but that was closed years ago they told me

spa was closed for renovations, which was a major disappointment

though advertised, there was no spa available for massages, etc

they do not have a spa on location so it makes it complicated to get massage.

in our room either we had to use our own personal phone to get in touch with them, the don t do room service

parking areas need to be improved

we love the customer service, food, gardens, golf campus, and pools...

there is a gated parking lot, which was convenient and worry-free

the second parking outside is not comfortable

it also has laundry

didn t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice

secure parking with gated access provided a worry-free vacation for our family
