arrival and we had to eat at the other facility, which was okay, but not as good as the hotel & spa restaurant

had booked the ayers hotel across the parking lot, but pleasantly surprised when directed to the spa ayers

like everything about staying ayres hotel & spa mission viejo

the hotel & spa chef was amazing! she was worth the wait, quite capable and pleasant. thank you!

spa was under construction, so that was a bummer but otherwise great.

professionalism that i encountered throughout my stay from the spa to the restaurant was outstanding

located to multiple wineries, great dining on property, and the grape seed spa was wonderful

friendliness of staff. hotel, food, spa workers were there to make your stay an enjoyable one.

wish the upstairs terrace by the pool was for everyone. i don t always utilize spa services.

highly recommended to anyone with a pet/children hoping to relax and unwind

when traveling through moreno valley i will only stay at ayres hotel & spa

haven't had a bad experience at ayres hotel & spa moreno valley so not really sure what they could improve on

staff was not particularly welcoming, didn't tell us about breakfast, pool, gym

my kids really enjoyed it

from within our suite, we could clearly hear the guests using what we assumed was the spa bathroom next door

pool & spa were particularly nice

i enjoyed spa tub me and my wife marquis suite

watching the balloons from the room or spa area with a cup of coffee started our mornings off with delight

incredible outdoor space, large kitchen and living room

villa inn and spa is not a spa

nice outdoor kitchen with some simple self-serve breakfast offerings and good coffee

nice place with a great pool area

the pool and all facilities were spotless
