spa could use an upgrade. menu is hard to understand for english speakers.

we did wish the other guests wouldn't allow their children scream at 7 am while at the pool

loved the kids at the beach selling handmade crafts with shells and bracelets

room had no working hot water for our stay and couldn t fix it that day also wifi did not

jhonathan was very kind at the front desk and offered us the spa promotion which was excellent

the waiters heavily pushed the buffet and discouraged the ordering from the menu, the spa services

to the airport and i think it is the closest hotel to the airport itself, nice pool with bar jacuzzi and other

wifi is ridiculously slow. check in and check out takes too much time

spa is not directly related to the resort but was not good

pools/ swim up bar boca olas has three different pools which we enjoyed very much

wifi was very unreliable

heart of zona rosa with all restaurants and cafes at a walking distance, comfy beds, decent gym & spa area

the room was spacious, beds very comfortable, service impeccable and the hotel has the best breakfast i have

the large room, but breakfast (which was open for five and a half hours each morning), use of the spa (except

the spa opens after 1:00 pm

rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were super comfortable and it was nice and quiet at night

i loved their restaurant and bar by the pool definitely a great experience

i order room service and the food was terrible

the breakfast food was amazing with fresh pupusas made daily and the bar staff was always friendly

the room - would have been nice to have a more central view either on the city (mountain) or the pool, but maybe
