really stood out was the attention to detail from the thoughtful amenities to the delicious breakfast served

had an enormous room, with views onto the garden and the church, a king size bed and a huge spa bath and shower

a fabulous spot to rest and relax in the heat and enjoy a swim in the long pool while contemplating the monastery
