loved the pool and spa and even with what we're going through in our world we still felt safe, clean and enjoyed

i was looking forward to getting a massage a couple spa that was not able to happen because you were booked out

the pool/spa were great

we had massages at the spa which were great and there are lots of amenities to enjoy at the spa

was by far the best hotel and spa ive ever stayed at

spa service was lovely

the water slide, the spa and level of service. the restaurant staff

gym/spa they ask you to go to pasea across the street

great food at the restaurant, and clean, relaxing spa facilities

the adult grotto spa and robes! it was peaceful and that water temp was perfect!

we previously stayed in an inner ocean view room overlooking the spa and fish ponds and will request one of

it's a shame that the spa treatments were so expensive!

i wish they sold the scent of the spa area in a bottle because i would purchase it

too rainy to visit upstairs but main bar very noisy

difficult communication for room service. poolside staff blah. front desk not overly hospitable.
