we were lucky to experience the spa on our own

only thing to write here is the spa

the staff were very helpful, the spa facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect.

the hotel is super, the spa is super, the location is excellent, the room service is excellent

had dinner at the hotel, used the rooftop pool and also the spa for a massage followed by the jacuzzi and internal

breakfast, very good room, spacious and very comfortable and also very clean

dressing gowns to wear to the spa would be useful

spa was great - my kid was happy with all there

swimming pool was unavailable ud83dude15 unable to accommodate at the spa for a facial.

i have to point out something, the wifi was good on the ground floor but in my room (3rd floor) was spotty and

parking just off a major roadway was dangerous to merge onto

the splash pool is great to cool off in, after a hot day of tourism or travelling

spa closes at 5pm so you cannot go in there unless you stay more than 1 day

the wifi is a little glitchy.

be careful with pool steps, these are very slippery.

enjoyed the pool, the surrounding area, the river, the play equipment

the natural pool is also lovely to swim in and it was great to spend some time in the outdoor areas

the staff was nice, it seemed to be a lack of people, on the swimming pool/spa area or the breakfast room

the restaurant was good ( outside the hotel building) the pool and spa was in another building and was not yet

you have to walk 100-200 metres in the cold to a sister hotel to use spa and pool

most of the hotel facilities closed in low season, they send you to the hotel near by for spa ect

- breakfast should have some local products like specific pastries, etc

officially, hotel do parque is a 3 or 4 star facility but there was no restaurant, no bar and the place looked

s a new hotel, with spa and a small gym :) very cozy and well located

going through lobby to get to spa was not good. restaurant dinner selection was limited.

unfortunately a bit too secluded - we couldn't find the pool in time
