the spa area

the spa was closed for our whole stay which was also disappointing

very spacious and clean apartment with a living room and small kitchen

i booked the room, i ensured the spa and sauna facilities were open and in service

staff beatriz, anna, carolina, irene, spa therapist aurelia and every staff there were wonderful

i recommend letting travelers know that they should book these in advance since there is no spa on site and

the pool was well heated and clean and i tried the spa treatments which were excellent

wish we had time to use the spa services

kitchen is closed on sundays, and there are no proper places to eat nearby so not ideal if you

the spa area is incredible to relax after being in the climbing gym, and the staff is always helpful

area was impossible to use super crowded and lots of kids yelling and jumping, there should be some oversight

not a lot of parking spots.

is a lovely spa hotel in central portugal, perfect as a home base to explore the surrounding countryside

in certain areas especially at entrance and the spa which was extremely slippy and i nearly went flying

happens with most residents, the signs need to be improved in the hotel to find your way to the spa & outdoor
