the room was very clean, large and comfortable with quality furnishings, shower and spa bath were excellent

i booked specifically as we have stayed in this room previously and it is amazing, with a lovely spa bath

room was brilliant, spa bath a real treat and the food was as delicious as anticipated

free breakfast the next day might have been on the cards due to not being able to make use of the spa as booked

we paid for a very large room. and it was as described... very large...with a nice spa bath.

cold, the steam room was under bright light which made it feel more dentist chair than tranquil spa moment, and

stay very un-relaxing indeed, 20 kids bombing in and out of the pool in the calm and relaxing spa facilities

the baa bar wasn t always staffed which was slightly frustrating for guests.

there was restrictions on the spa and we couldn t get in, however staff were very helpful and accommodating

also was really annoying that spa wasn t open on sunday and monday and was not included in the stay

i was gutted the spa and gym wasn't available but that wasn't the end of the world

made use of the spa with the kids being able to use the pool
