parking is a little tight but i understand the hotel was build a long time ago

the view to the pool was nice and the location of the hotel made it convenient when we walked around

the breakfast buffet in my opinion is pretty pricey $111 dollars for 4 people.

service was amazing - 5 stars, they allowed early check in and were so accommodating from allowing us to use

free breakfast was delicious and the hotel was easy to get to with plenty of parking

we attempted to take advantage of the breakfast but when we went they were still getting the kitchen ready and

i would have loved a bar on site!

hotel & spa staff, is doing a great job keeping up the presentation, service and condition of its property

iliana and ivan were especially helpful as was the spa receptionist

a giant pick up truck was parked on the only 2nd level charger available on the parking lot during one of the

exceptional, the restaurant staff very friendly and attentive the room service exceptional my kids loved it,

relax with my wife in the jacuzzi, however was not possible because parents were allowing their kids in there

telephone was not working when we tried to call room service, found out it wasn t plugged in ud83dude06 then

had a wonderful time and the resort was great, on the other hand i couldn t call room service through the

pool was small and under maintenance for a whole day. it was very noisy until after midnight.

thing we wish they had was a pool, but i think the resources are limited in this particular region

room is isolated from the rest of the rooms and close to the pool area which could be bad if there are guests

we did hit the sky pool for sunset, and wow

we paid extra eggs for breakfast and they put like 1 spoon of it

we loved the small, intimate setting in the vineyard and enjoyed the pool

the staff were friendly and helpful, and the parking attendants were also very kind

due to covid-19, the number of travelers is low, therefore, the pool/jacuzzi is not fully utilized, therefore

property stated it had a pool

live music at the open air bar next door on friday night made it hard for kids to sleep

the room was beautiful, spacious and very clean and the view was so picturesque

additionally the spa not being on for the duration of the stay was something that most guests would expect in

casitas are charming, the fireplaces both indoor and outdoor are cozy, and inviting, the restaurant/bar is

of room, fireplace is amazing, terrace is great, shower (when hot), parking (drive up to room/park front door)

and some house had other strange details like the wifi router and lamp taking up all the plugs on the bedside

both dinner and breakfast were prepared with care and were very tasty

nothing was explained in the welcome book, which just contains spa treatments and tour bookings

from the concierge who texted me before arrival with great information and helped us to book spa treatments,

spa doesn t stay heated unless you let them know a couple hours before, not even during peak

the bar was really cool and fun as well

we really enjoyed our breakfast -- definitely grab a bite to eat from their kitchen while you're there
