homemade traditional breakfast

breakfast is simple but good

loved the arepas every morning

nothing whatsoever in the kitchen to cook with although advertised!

if one needs anything for the kitchen in the room, it is possible to ask in the reseption

air conditioners work great, and the breakfast is very good

the beautiful spaces, and the possibility of using the pool and jacuzzi, are excellent

delicious breakfast and the ubication is good

and the worst part: breakfast is 7-9am

wifi worked mostly ok

rooms were a little out of date and the spa facilities not up to 5* standard otherwise a great hotel for the

my colleague loved the spa and the massage given by the ladies.

hotel needs a lot of improvements, lack of a gym

beautiful arquitecture, nice pool,excellet breakfast buffet. close to the basilica.

wifi did not work

lactose free milk, only one option for the sides; tv signal it's pretty bad, just a few channels, wifi really

no spa include but the advertising said it was including the swimming pool times not realistic

right at the chipichape makes it the place to go shopping or have a spa day

the hotel resturant and bar is also very good

location if traveling with kids

the breakfast is buffet style and there are lots of options (fruits, pancakes, eggs, cereal, potatoes,

buffet breakfast which was great and had many protein, carbohydrate and fruit options

i love that the place has an open small gym on the 4th floor with a nice view, business rooms and other facilities

i'll definitely book again every time i have a business trip to cali, oh and the coffee in the breakfast one

no food asides from breakfast :(

the parking lot was busy with construction material (and i brought a car) and even the pool was not working

laundry services are extremly high. request price list before you ask for an extra service.

laundry is way too expensive, and items got misplace and received items were not ours
