wonderful spa where i had a rejuvenating facial, they also offer massages the neighborhood is full of great

certainly one of the largest jr suite rooms i've ever stayed in, and the bath/spa was also enormous, it had a

spacious suites

my only issue is that the spa was closed.

did not recevie wash cloths when we asked we were told ohbita not laundry day

we asked if we could iron something for the evening and were told that the laundry was closed no other options

i did not like the price of laundry it was $200 it was almost 2 nights at the hotel

staff excellent, great location, comfortable and large room, good gym, nice pool on terrace overlooking city

clean, comfortable with pool for the kids and breakfast.

wifi on the other tower was barely working in my room

breakfast was completely awesome , bed was super confortable , staff friendly and super quiet

wifi, hot water, a/c, all the things that some hotels struggle with worked fine

easy taxi service to and from the hotel, the staff were very good at arranging laundry, ordering of taxis' and

internet wifi: i changed rooms 2 times the day i arrived from 4th floor to 3rd floor and then to 1st floor,

the pool was small and the water was much warmer than expected

underground parking was a little tight, but manageable.

there was dust and mess everywhere, the parking lot was busy with construction material (and i brought a car)

average sound on tv needed change of advanced settings every time turned on otherwise muted slow wifi

the breakfast needs more variety.
