the welcoming staff, the lovely english deco, the yummy breakfast to the cozy room

gentlemens honesty bar was a luxurious touch

a little bit of class is the honesty bar with homemade creations

(for extra points: a bar with a selection of wines/whiskeys, and the morning papers

my cousins had booked the same hotel that night, and george was absolutely brilliant, opening the bar for us

website misleading as there is actually no spa available to all guests, which is implied

facilities were fabulous, luxury of spa bath and hot tub. very relaxing

everything! especially the log burner and double spa bath... not to mention the private hot tub!

the wedding i attended was in the hot spot bar - loved the outside venue with heaters, blankets and hot water

we had a great stay and staff very friendly in the restaurant, room was absolutely immaculate and spa was

stayed in a superior king room, which had a sitting room, terrace and a jacuzzi spa bath

was fantastic, wasn't expecting a suite, but the spa bath and 55 inch tv was a great surprise, would definitely

spa treatments unavailable without advance booking.

we loved the room, the restaurant,spa was very good staff excellent

niggle -- but the underground access to the spa at the hotel end deserves a lift rather than the stairs

of the spa facilities wasn't available, however this was clearly explained by a lovely member of staff

the spa is so relaxing, and the recently added heated outdoor infinity pool is unbelievable on a cold

great space outside to walk the dog which is great for us plenty if space all round, spa facilities are
