they gave me early check-in and i enjoyed the fitness/spa amenities

ran out of time to visit the gym or the spa which we hope we can do another time

had a massage at the spa which was really nice

bed and bed linen are amazing, great toiletries, awesome health spa and the lounge restaurant is to die for

placement of the pool and workout area were in an odd place

i splurged at gorgeous gordon ramsey steak and at the spa for a mani-pedi, really felt top notch

there s a cool water slide, nice and clean fitness center, spa and work a night market that is walking distance

spa treatments are wonderful

if you have kids this hotel is awesome for them

the breakfast was good and the restaurant inviting

wifi access was not consistent

we ordered room service - after waiting for 40 minutes, we called again, and they brought our order

it's pet friendly and close to lots of per friendly restaurants and bars

i loved the location, parking, staff, spa and decor of the hotel

their location but i did not have breakfast with them so i cannot comment on that but wifi is

booke 2 adults and 1 kid (15yrs) and asked for breakfast including, they have offered kids stay free but not

24hours access to pool and gym facility were good for us.

i didn t like that it was shared with a casino which i didn t understand that it was a shared building

we were late with checkout as we had a concert the night before and ended up going to the casino after but they

great spa just not open sooner or later

the staff were wonderful and especially restaurant, reception and spa staff were welcome and very

spa is quite modest, although very pleasant - it was great to be able to get a booking at the last

pool and spa were a bit tired. need inside solution.

we did the couples massage at the xylia spa in the hotel and have never felt more pampered

were not given info about any spa facilities or breakfast available in the hotel

loved my room that was so close to the pool, spa area, hot tub, and had a walkout terrace

love to have a spa at this location for treatments, but it wasn't too far to walk down the street to fairmont

the pool & spa looked great but filled with kids the couple of times i went to swim.

spa water is way too hot, pool water is a bit cold for the wether in april

we had a great time at the outdoor spa and pool
