no more kids club like it used to be

very crowded pool with not enough chairs and umbrella had to sit on a chair under the sun

store (the lady is unfriendly and complains when you pay with cash), beautiful grounds, wonderful pools just

easy check in, nice main pool, views and many activities and location

family activity center closes all pools and games at 5pm . no night swims etc

the facilities such as pool spa paddleboard use activities and beauty of the resort.

the spa and market place was closed

poor choice for eating, poor quality of food, no comfortable public areas, spa and fitness centre closed at 7pm

need more options for food at the pool

the only wifi that was offered was from the resort so that did not reach our villa- so we had horrible

the lobby was bright and welcoming, with spa water at the door and a lovely smell permeating the room

a lot of things that they did karaoke nite and quite a few other things during the 4th and the kids went in the

gym was dated n not very clean

computer system at the tiki bar, no direct information about where to park, was told by front desk that we could

gym could use an update.

they had handicap transfer seats for pool & spa but i didn’t see anyone use them

big spa / hot tub was great

the laundry facilities for guests were a godsend, with a great exercise room across the hall

good beds and wifi

it is kids friendly

would prefer a larger beach area & more access to the spa (limited hrs)

lots of spa and other paid services

i went back i would get a room with a kitchen and eat my own food and not pay for any spa or activities

we also had wonderful massages at the spa when we arrived

perfect, it's tastefully decorated, and has excellent facilities: five pools, a cute beach area, spa center,

spa was fully booked i only was able to get a massage which was great with ronald

the spa pool. the gym, our room was lovely. the property is beautiful.

sue at the spa has magical hands and i highly recommend the ultimate spa experience with the stone enhancement

the spa is exceptional as well

mille at the spa is a fantastic masseuse and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable

no restaurant or bar service available
