the spa facilities were no longer in service and the food quality in bonzai restaurant wasnt great

wife tried to book a spa session and the woman did not even have the decency to get back to her

was amazing, suite was comfortable & very well equipped, spa bath was good too

spa not in use [sauna, steam room, jacuzzi]

what i asked for staff extremely helpful service superb breakfast very enjoyable , the swimming pool was brilliant

you have to pay for spa given the price of hotel, but it states this in facilities 50 for two hours per person

i played golf at mount murray which is attached to the hotel and i enjoyed the hotel spa afterwards which i

cost of the spa seemed a little expensive but we did enjoy the pool

spa was amazing, staff were lovely and rooms were great!

we didn't expect to have to pay for the spa facilities and there were no evening sessions.
