stayed for two nights our stay was exceptional the food in the restaurant was excellent the spa escape was

luxurious and the spa experience. great location. comfortable room. good food in the restaurant.

the spa is really lovely and the therapist was fab

escape spa is a maze to get to and the personnel there wasn't nice

the room was big and the beds were great. the spa and gym is a real plus.

gym and spa need a lick of paint but excellent staff and will be restored to its glory days post upgrade

spa and pool was closed due to weather but wasn t hotels fault

also it is advertised that the spa is open monday for treatments but when you enquire it opens tuesday to friday

stupidly left my chains in the pocket of my bathroom while having spa treatments, i only realised this when i

with my daughter for a birthday treat, loved our treatments and spa experience, it was great to be able to use

we liked everything. wish the spa was open earlier in the morning and/or later in the evening.

i had a facial in the spa with ruby she was amazing at her job so professional

spa is delightful

from the moment we got to the gates until we left the staff ,premises ,food, ambience ,spa leisure centre all
