the pool/spa facilities were a little tired and perhaps could be cleaner but was still usable.

very good spacious room which would of been ideal for a longer stay

spa is in a lovely, quiet location - great for a visit to keswick

we didn't use the spa facilities so we can't comment on them wish we had more time
