although it was wonderful to have the spa pool, the resort controlled the use by turning on the electricity

the villa, the pool and the view were astounding

there is a kitchen but not even coffee is provided

a microwave would be very useful to heat food without the long walk to the kitchen

rooms are dated and have maintenance issues (kitchen sink wouldn t drain properly, leak in master sink, loose

wifi isn't fully available in all rooms - but you can find easily at the bar or the pool.

shared facilities (pools, bar area) and view are lovely

there is a tide pool in the backyard that is like having your own private spa as the waves crash over into the

musty, the blankets on the beds we're dirty and stained,the ac unit didn't work very well and the wifi was just

only two stalls for parking, lots of road noise, you need to walk along a busy road to get to the town and it

mosquitos, impossibly weak, dysfunctional wifi, lots of traffic during the day due to the parking lot across

- no door in the bathroom therefore no privacy - horrible dirty curtains - very damp - the kitchen was unavailable

hotel location is amazing, staff great, rooms clean and protected, spa treatment was great being in the jungle

room was very small, faced the parking lot, and you could hear the neighbors on the sides and upstairs easily

the waiter apologized and made sure to take care of us at the breakfast

everything, the setting was incredible, great breakfast options, room superb and shower and wifi good

supermarkets, a bar, a very, very good and cheap restaurant, a beach and a lot of nature

the cabins were exactly what we needed: room for the whole family and a kitchen below to feed the kids

normally you always pay a kilo price for laundry, but here you are just allowed to use it for free

the free laundry was also really helpful

it was nice to have a kitchen, do some laundry, and the sweet dogs were a bonus

wifi is poor but you get a better connection by not being glued to a screen
