i loved the pool and the chickens (not to worry, there are no chickens in the pool)

24h gym, spa and wellness treatments were on point

spa is a disappointment, the treatments not the best, products used contain mineral oils, massage

the spa area is very nice and is located on the 23rd floor with a superb view

very accommodating manage to check in early which is always a bonus i must say the spa services great addition

was excited about the spa but unfortunately it was under the maintenance.

on top of that, the hotel as spa facilities but you have to pay extra to use the standard sauna, steam room

need more lifts, and a rooftop bar would be the only thing missing

location was good for aquarium, casino and shopping access

the spa is amazing… staff are always friendly… i will always stay here when i come to meet

booked this hotel specifically because of the spa and gym

woke up to an amazing complimentary breakfast spread of hot and cold proteins, fresh fruit and baked goods,

there was sufficient lounge bed and shade and a lovely little bar area to order drinks and snacks

there was a swimming pool outside and indoors, which i am ashamed not to have tried it

spa area ( swimming pool, jacuzzi and the fitness center) are paid apart, unless you’re staying

i also loved the spa facilities
