i also got room service a couple nights for dinner and was blown away how much better it was then at the hotel

really liked the pool and parties at the hotel, and i really liked danae from the hotel staff who always smiled

another highlight was the on-site spa and gym

the spa services we wonderful, luis and maritza were amazing.

lack of order,,some guests use towels to save a space by the pool while they go to breakfast, and come back an

all staff are corteous. breakfast at las palmas was great, la bamba for dinner as well

recomended for family and kids.... not so much for solo travelers or couples

the spa was the cleanest area and had the nicest workers

the room had a spa and we turned it on but green and black water started to come out of the filters

for a dinner but when you come 2min latter from time which is attached to reserve there is no space any more

also, when having conversations or doing activities like the spa area, staff talk about the guests in spanish

spa is ok, sauna, steam room, pretty good swedish massage

liked how easily accessible things like buffets and the spa were

the spa facilities, both inside and outside the rooms, were dirty

friendly staff, good service & quality in the adults only areas, great location, rooms very

so that the parents can go enjoy the facilities or the areas which are restricted only for adults

felt the spa facility s - sauna, cold plunge and spa could be a little better value

spa is horrible , expensive and therapeutic uncapable of giving a massage

the food was great and all amenities, especially gym and spa were spot on
