arbor pool area (the largest outdoor pool) was nasty

gym was not very well equipped . jacuzzi jets were out of control.

pickle ball courts and golf were fun

the entire property is very nice and well organized with constant shuttles

to get to the beach, we had to take a shuttle, which was a little bit of a pain with so many people

friendly and helpful staff, lovely room overlooking garden and pool, excellent service at breakfast and great

rooms, comfortable beds, nice grounds, ample free parking, excellent service, fantastic breakfast that was

big room with large balcony overlooking the garden and pool

parking very easy

like fridge in your room, bath robes, ice machine on property, and outdoor shower to rinse after pool or beach

there is a spa but we didn t have time to use it

we stayed in the eliza suite, clean cozy, great spa tub and bath salts

fireplace also in the room

the gardens beautiful and the room excellent the location perfect spa great

bit disappointed that we would have had to pay to use the spa pool which was an outdoor one

massage in spa was good, not special

love this spa

wish there was a step and handles too get in and out of the beautiful spa tub

parking could be a little better. wish the spa offered manicures and pedicures.

indoor pool area is big and nice landscaping

the indoor pool and jacuzzi.

however young staff reply is she can't control what the kitchen does it's up to them how they prepare the food

room service was perfect
