friendly staff, nicely decorated and access to the spa is included

the pool area was a little tired but a new spa and pool area is planned, i believe.

staff members challenged you and treated you as if you were trespassing

okay, existing spa is pretty basic, but the new one is opening soon and frankly it's a superb value/comfort

underground parking was very useful for us

staff secure parking for our motorbikes if a little expensive considering how little room taken when parked end
