had a ground floor room in the manor house, which had open doors with seating and open space

spa was a little busy.

the spa was closed for ladies night

to collect bathrobes from the spa as they weren t in the room

we went to the thermal spa which we cannot fault (hydro pool, sauna, 3 steam rooms)

came with a friend for a spa day and overnight stay with breakfast

about the hotel was nice including the spa facilities and also the parking outside which was a bonus

the spa was undergoing some renovations

loved the spa facilities, staff was very friendly

spa was a nightmare to book and get hold of and they seemed very disorganised

the en suite was great lovely big shower and temple spa toiletries

was lovely, very clean and the stand along bath made it feel very special as did the temple spa products and

lounge and bar area, quirky design of an old property, polite and attentitive staff, generous breakfast

no tv in room, no drinks making facility, no bathrobes, no hairdryer, no room service

the only thing that could be improved is the parking. only a couple of spots available.

the hotel was lovely , and the spa was lovely and the room was a nice little cottage

small but we are used to a super king size so it would be meal was excellent value for money the spa and infinity

wasn t anything that we didn t like however when using the spa facilities we felt as though we should have

only thing was the axcess to the spa facilities, which was hard if you are disabled and can't climb up and down

the pool and spa was excellent

every moment, cosy and warm room, big bath and shower, the views and the spa facilities where fab too

bed was very comfy staff was very polite n friendly the spa was out this world

the spa makes it and the grounds are lovely

only thing was the spa and swimming facilities were not in use which was a shame.
