it s in a central location, it doesn t have parking although there are a few public spaces outside

a little gutted that the spa was fully booked so i couldn't get a massage, but next time hopefully

service would be nice and possibly more spa facilities/ options as there s not a lot to do at the hotel

changing rooms to use spa facilities, had to walk through the main bar in a towel to get to the hotel bathrooms

the pool this time and it was quite cold, so we thought we would warm up in what looked like a spa pool, however

brought my wife to the hotel for a surprise anniversary spa getaway and though i had planned a few things, i

sure you book any additional spa treatments you would look before you arrive as no availability when we

being refused a second towel .. for my hair when entering the spa .

d say the spa area was small with only a hot tub outside and a sauna

flexible with check in and check out, and helped us along the way, including with booking the spa service

an amazing riverview and excellent breakfast.

spa pool isn t anything super special

spa not too busy and very clean, and the hot lava shells massage out of this world

spa bar could have had more choice/ better stock or drinks and snacks as was quite limited

hotel was full of interesting stories and things to see the grounds were a joy to explore and the spa was lovely
