pool although spa options 2 out of 3 werent open could only use sauna

pool temperature was cool and the spa pool was out of order which was disappointing

the breakfast, although buffet style, was cold the bed was not comfortable the website states spa facility

the wave machine in the pool almost (but not quite) made up for the spa experience

i liked the location of the hotel and i also liked the spa facilities.

being informed about limited time access to spa facilities prior to arrival

only issue we had was when we booked it said we could get spa and beauty treatments however we weren t told

fact that there were no spa facilities available

the spa pool (jacuzzi) was cold and not really any bubbles

beds pushed together remote control didn t work windows filthy pool area not clean outdated spa

the swimming, spa and massage were great

the breakfast was the nicest breakfast i've had at a hotel for years room was comfortable and spacious nice spa

the spa facilities wasn't as we expected

leisure centre and spa could do with some upgrading as it s very tired and needs serious

our room was in the spa section separate from the main

great location, own parking, spacious and comfortable room, had a great sleep

small room, wifi password didn t work, breakfast too late and offered no alternative

unless you have unlimited funding to travel expect creaks in staires no air conditioning and no bar fridges

breakfast was fantastic, plus there was free wifi

spa and pool were nice, clean and not packed with people
