the spa had hot tub, sauna and steam which we used

pool and parking a bit too far

the shuttle that takes you to town and picks you up is great.

the spa staff is amazing- josie did an awesome job

charge to use spa amenities is overpriced considering the services provided

i was shocked with how we were treated, with our butler, the concierge, the spa staff

room service breakfasts were the poorest part of trip

these are so simple, it s inexplicable why room service can t manage better

including the staff (specifically josh and elliott) who retrieved a credit card for us from a bar in town and

only lacking breakfast option - for the amount of money we paid per evening, we expecting even a little more

free mountain bikes and free snow bikes (with free helmets) were made available to me and my kids

the gym was excellent

require quite a walk from the entrance which is fine if you are a young healthy person without kids

the water drainage in the shower is pooling water up whenever used and have asked few times for maintainance

the shuttle service to/from jas aspen festival was most appreciated too

the pool was pretty gross filled with bugs and debris
