the spa not as good as expected

have stayed in la finca many times it s a beautiful hotel staff are lovely food is very good spa is excellent

facilities were very good, the spa again could not fault or the staff either, the bar again

staff at the spa aren t that happy and helpful

and cleanliness- friendly staff who couldn t do enough for you spa facilities were lovely and golf course was

very peaceful sitting round the pool in comfortable sun loungers

there were only 6 rooms and we pretty much had the whole villa and pool to ourselves which was really nice

the communal dining / kitchen / seating room with honesty bar was superb

the rooms are stunning, the pool area is amazing

hotel is absolutely beautiful with the most stunning decor and outdoor pool area

my spa treatment was very relaxing

should be offered at least at the checking and also at the spa after treatments toiletries were not available

view and was delighted when i arrived and was told i had a free upgrade to the deluxe with the spa bath

isn t too large but has a great range of facilities, pool is never over crowded, spa facilities are excellent

of the seafront& promenade though if you do book out of season the sky bar was not open or the spa (pay extra

the pool is like a spa

only issue we had was the spa was quite near to our room and you could hear everything that was going on and

the receptionist informed us that that was no problem and that we could use the spa changing rooms but

i used the spa and it's not just good it's best i have been to throughout spain and i travel a lot

channels in english were news channels, also 18 to use the pool in the spa other than that it was a really

nice and modern and had everything needed, kids club and evening entertainment really good, spa (included)

long check in process, complicated wifi password entering and strange pricing model (it's cheaper to buy new

rooms were spacious and well designed, there were good facilities such as a bar, pool and gym and the location

the accomodation would benefit from an in-room welcome guide / wifi code etc

the bed was so comfortable and i loved having our own pool and the gym was amazing

once i opened the gate i was greeted by the mini pool

the gym was a real bonus and very well equipped, this will be a number one choice when staying in the

private pool area was lovely, and the interior was beautifully designed

reception, bar area and pool area was excellent

kids loved the pool and it was great to be able to get adjoining rooms to cater for a family of

struggling to think of anything, inside bar area could be improved maybe.

breakfast was a good spread and the food in both the restaurant and bar were great

gym very well equipped

do not use the spa - horrendous service, spa is on what looks like cupboard, massage was very very very poor

the bathroom was huge and had an amazing shower and a hairdryer with spa hand wash and shampoo

great swimming pool , spa facilities as well

said, this was a lovely room, a lovely hotel, fabulous staff, superb massage by deanna in the spa, good restaurant

always lots of sun loungers around the pool and ample comfortable seating within the gorgeous gardens

the hotel also include the spa zone

the jacuzzi is right next to the massage room in the spa area, not very relaxing when you are having a massage

needs a few more shops, locally spa areas not often staffed, information about the service inadequate

finding the spa and it was closed monday tuesday and sunday afternoon but think it s seasonal
