massage in the spa was incredible, and 2 for 1 happy hours poolside were a blast

we felt that the spa was not well advertised (it is quite well hidden, we stumbled across it, not knowing it

there was plenty of dinning options in and around the hotel and the hotel pool was very nice to cool off in

the bar / restaurant was very good

wifi not great but not a deal breaker. they have wifi in some areas of the hotel but not all.

the sunset bar was amazing and salvadore the bartender was fabulous!

no bar service as the pool - you have to walk down quite a few stairs to the beach bar

incident: we ordered room service and were waiting for it at the balcony/terrace of our suite, a few minutes

and an awesome gym with inspiring views - this exceeded my expectations

in the vases in the atrium, to the staff at the restaurant (where the food was amazing) to the gym to the grounds

a small hotel, when you want to lay by the pool and not talk to anyone, that's not happening

ours was uo upper floor with windows all round the bedroom, an open air bathroom/toilet and kitchen

upon check in and during our 10-night stay; leslie was very helpful as the concierge to set up spa appointments

some services were sub-par like the ice machine and laundry, but in the end i always got what i requested

breakfast buffet was stellar each day, and brisas2 and el mexicano were top notch

parking lot was inconvenient

pool was very unclean, at our arrival which was late afternoon

the grounds are still nice but too many locals trample all over it and then track it into the pool

swim up bar was very untidy
