poor wifi connection

there's also free wifi and a big flatscreen tv in the room with netflix

breakfast was good but simple.

the room was very spacious, with a view over to the palace

thought there was a spa - i would have liked a spa or a treatment

the parking should be free for all room types free wifi was not so

no bar for a drink at night

small pets accepted, we stayed with our king charles spaniel

hotel providing reasonable good sized rooms with wifi

location, the rooms, the bath, also the breakfest i considered to be very authentic - served in a bar where also

the man on reception was really nice and friendly and the bar staff were very friendly

booking the hotel is pet friendly but just before we arrived i informed the hotel that i was bringing my dog

have a drink or breakfast in the bar next to it from the same hostal, i needed to keep my coat on inside as

the spa area: is the best, 100%

and, truly- the best aqua spa i ve ever tried

loved the spa too

they have spa but only for adults and pool not working on low season

we arrived, and to my surprise, the spa was fully booked, which we didn't think was made clear through the

always stay at this lovely spa hotel when driving down to our house on the costa del sol

was no pool and it was 44 degrees outside

the wifi worked perfectly in the public areas but dropped out in our room

not that helpful, wifi terrible and restaurant closed due to it being run by a separate company

parking garage cost 13 per day and very awkward. only spanish channels on tv. weak wifi.

wifi was a good connection but it seemed to go on and off at times

close to all. air-conditioning! beds very comfortable. facilities for pets very good.

there was a disruption in the wifi connectivity in the room. otherwise everything was perfect

unfortunately we didn't know the spa was a pre booking requirement and cost additional fees

like that the guest couldn't use pool unless they booked the spa was there 5 days and we couldn't use pool no

wish the spa was open maybe one hour later!

i wish i had time for the spa but after a day of exploring and dinner it closes at 10pm which i get

hotel, excellent architecture and location, with a wonderful spa one of the best i ve ever experienced

we had a lovely bathroom with spa bath , shower and separate toilet

the spa bath didn't work but thats a minimal complaint, the bathroom was great with excellent hot water

the rooms are a good size and we had his and hers sinks and a spa bath

i loved having the car park adjacent to the parador and with access to ev charging too

outside bar area has great views. good service too. rooms nice.

the hotel was upscale on everything, the staffs were very friendly, the room was clean, the spa was at setting

my wife used the spa which she said was amazing for a massage and facial, at far lower costs than in the states

spa is close on mondays and tuesdays

a big thing but the spa was quiet so the facilities were off when i went to use them but the sauna and steam

best i have ever had in any hotels, b&bs, etc room was warm and with bath and nice shower , minibar bar in the

wifi & gym. staff lovely and helpful.

dinner was offered in the bar area; it was not busy, however luben, the chef, served incredible food

there's an odour of chlorinated water in the dining area probably coming from the spa underneath, an issue that

excellence in everything and having spa and gym on site

while we didn't get a chance to use the spa or gym, they also looked cool
