bar staff are awesome, so friendly

booking the hotel is pet friendly but just before we arrived i informed the hotel that i was bringing my dog

have a drink or breakfast in the bar next to it from the same hostal, i needed to keep my coat on inside as

the man on reception was really nice and friendly and the bar staff were very friendly

hotel providing reasonable good sized rooms with wifi

thought there was a spa - i would have liked a spa or a treatment

the room was very spacious, with a view over to the palace

had such a lovely stay here, and our pet was just as welcome as we were

i ordered a burger for room service but it was cold and undercooked

and, truly- the best aqua spa i ve ever tried

they have spa but only for adults and pool not working on low season

we arrived, and to my surprise, the spa was fully booked, which we didn't think was made clear through the

there's also free wifi and a big flatscreen tv in the room with netflix

no information on breakfast or parking given willingly, and the man at reception seemed to be bothered by the

we had a great stay there the bar in the

comfy beds, room size was large enough. airco and wifi were good

quiet and peaceful location is very nice especially if you travel by car (it's great to have free parking)

the place was extra clean, spacious, the guys in the reception - fantastic, the bar downstairs - handy and

having to leave could ve had instructions to operate the spa bath
