i loved the king suite with the spa tub

location, net to hardware shop/shopping trip parking lot.

breakfast was good

due to covid breakfast was prepackaged; not the hotel's fault

breakfast wasn t the best, but the room was super clean, comfortable, and very pleasant

the switch to turn the spa on and off wasn't working properly so a little inconvenient.

into the hotel our kids loved the large open space, the fountain and glass elevator was a total hit for them

in the morning the front desk agent gave us a nice late check out, no fuss

i could also smell the chlorine of the pool when i walked in the building

the pool is being remodeled. but we were able to use hampton inns next door due to the remodel.

the night check in guy was hilarious, the morning breakfast crew was so kind

we enjoyed th location and th kids enjoyed th pool. the breakfast wasn't th same every morning.

we got into our room early and had a late check out due to medical issues

facility was clean and offered a spa and was located right off freeway

attendant upgraded my room to a jacuzzi room since i was disappointed about the pool and spa construction

pool was not heated for the entire week, but spa available.

was no spa or whirlpool even though they had signs posted all over saying they did

grounds were clean, there was a receptacle for cleaning up after pet( bags)

we didn't even have a parking spot a couple nights

breakfast was great and everyone was very friendly and helpful

pool was great but the pool room was cold so make sure to just sit in the hot tub while you watch

the amenities and the indoor pool were awesome and it was a great price for our stay
