a wedding that was all-inclusive from rehearsal dinner to spa morning to wedding to the most unbelievable

the separate spa at the pool area was broken

beware the bill, gratuity may be automatically charged with 18% bar small with tv all the

too bad there is not much activity at the restaurant and at the bar that closes at 9 pm

our server was also covering for the bar and greeting arriving guests

bed super comfy - beautiful room and a great bar downstairs

the staff was very friendly, and the food at the restaurant and bar downstairs was awesome

free laundry nice towels comfortable beds

the bar and restaurant was not open

room was sizable and comfortable. laundry facilities were free.

stayed in king suite with spa tub and the room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was

reserving the spa and having to share it with a lot of kids.

hot tub/ spa was barely warm at best

very good swimming and spa inside and outside of hotel

staff should avoid using the elevators with large laundry baskets during peak elevator hours

need more parking

a room at holiday inn with a spa tub in bathroom, got to baton rouge and holiday inn was close and was directed

no spa tub in bathroom

didn't like how i was suppose to have a spa tub and didn't get one

room had microwave, fridge, ceiling fan, like the bar n grill in hotel

room service didn't answer the phone or pick up the breakfast order left on the door overnight.

wifi signal was weak and would drop out.

gym this was a huge issue for me and the noise from the construction

i expected better being that the hotel didn t have a pool

parking lot not big enough for the night time to me

this place was ok to sleep at ,, wifi was kinda slow at times and one night the wifi and cable had went out ,

falsely advertised a pool

nothing. not clean. no breakfast. no pool

that it had wifi and microwave helped.

close to restaurants, gas station, the interstate and groceries store and the owner walks the parking lot to

location & extremely helpful & friendly staff! the restraunt & bar on 1st floor was awesome!

maybe the bar could be opened earlier lol

its advertised as a casino hotel but this really is not an amenitie of the hotel

if you know your pet will bark etc

we didn't bring pets with us but i was so happy to see a dog treat and water bowl at the lobby for pet owners
