room with unique features, the spa bath was fantastic after a long day sightseeing, not too far to walk into

room - very spacious

location next to park and ride the restaurant, breakfast, spa bath, on site parking, friendly staff, views of

wifi worked for a few hours but then didn't for the rest of the stay which was disappointing ,

the bar had a lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff with a good bar and quality food selection

loved this place, room was amazing, loved the spa bath

loved the spa bath and tv in the bathroom

there was a spa bath with tv in the bathroom

got a free room upgrade to the king suite with spa bath and tv in bathroom

had a wonderful and relaxing stay here the room was large spacious and the spa bath had a tv, had a fabulous

staff first class the room was very clean, moden spacus

steam room not working the day we arrived in the spa but this was fixed by following day.

the spa was amazing and adele was just exceptional at massaging

room was great, and the use of the spa facilities was brilliant

the size of the bed space in room sea view spa food all excellent

at front of hotel breakfast excellent very good service nothing too much trouble for staff room spacious and

long walk from the parking

only downside was that the wifi connection was patchy however this could be because of the location of the

spacious room with great views free parking excellent facilities

the double spa was gorgeous - just what i needed after a day's walk

it felt luxurious and then to add to the luxury there was a 2 person spa bath

i loved the spa bath it s amazing lovely and clean the whole room. very modern

trouble, 2 days of piece and quiet in wonderful surroundings with comfortable bed and amazing spa bath to soak

spa perfect for our needs too

we didn't have time to use the spa and restaurant facilities but it all looked exceptional and the reception

the spacious rooms, incredible views, comfort, spa facilities and the beautiful historic building

the pool and spa being a bit warmer

did water chute, paddle boats, water bubble thingies, peasholm park boats, luna park funfair, hispaniola boat,

the spa / pool closes early, 19:00 so we didn't get chance to use it.

the location was a short walk from the spa venue where i attended events

breakfast was lovely. staff really helpful and friendly. great having free wifi.

wifi in room was pretty good and strong, and plenty of tea/coffee/hot chocolate, etc provided with

in room, big bathroom and decent shower, large bath towels, nice lighting, storage, earplugs, wifi

location. early check in was a bonus

only grumble i could possible have is the spa didn t work in the baths but as i wasn t expecting it was not

spa was pleasant, provided towels and free lockers, jacuzzi a bit colder than what i m used to

opportunity to go in the hot tub as was being used the afternoon of our arrival but still lovely spa to

friendly staff, spa area is lovely and relaxing

staff very attentive , spa and pool stunning all our meals were lovely we could not fault our stay we will be

wonderful breakfast, spa , comfort and cleanliness

we absolutely loved the hotel it has everything that you could want with free broadband very nice bar area and

would have liked a few more vegetables with the bar meal main course...

were very friendly, room was clean bed was very comfy, wifi signal was very good, the beer battered haddock was

the cricketers bar with the real fire is warm and welcoming and so cosy

the wifi was poor and we weren't keen on the music in the restaurant!
