we are looking forward to returning to wetumpka hotel and casino soon

the hotel and casino staff are courteous and friendly

resort/casino in wetumpka is newer and much better than the ine in montgomery

the breakfast was great with lots of options

many outlets to charge boat batteries in the parking lot are not working.

good location, nice breakfast bar , cheap laundry facilities.

the pool was green and the area around it was in disarray

to get the curtains together in a way that no light or through, otherwise light from the front parking lot would

is so much to like about staying at the renaissance montgomery hotel & spa at the convention center

the pool, the spa and the staff were all excellent

staff that work in the spa had a very nasty disposition very unfriendly did not speak

got three rooms with my kids and grand kids to go to jurassic quest

the room service breakfast was delicious.

i had inquired about the pet policy with the spa room ahead of time and was told it was not a problem, but upon

the spa in the room

was booked and charged for a king suite with an in room spa hot tub, room did not have an in room hot tub or

pool water was so nasty,should be covered if not clean

pool was not clean and strong food smell in the lobby...

disappointing factor was the pool was 'out of order' and that was one of the activities for the kids where i

the elevator scared my kids

was told that breakfast was just a to go bag, but the desk was busy when we were leaving and i didn't see one

plenty of parking spaces, had no trouble finding parking

we have 2 small kids and they were eating in the room and got crumbs everywhere

i like the spa tube and the girl at the front desk was very nice

i only wanted a stay overnight to go to the casinos

rebooked to stay at this hotel because of indoor pool
