pool wasn t open but we knew that was an possibility for it being later in the year

airplane noises, lots of kids tuning up and down the hall below us late into the night

no wifi in a.m.

had to pay for breakfast and bathroom didn't have a door. i really didn't like that

we had room next to the family with kids and you could hear them yelling and crying at night

that the pool was open so late the kids really had a great time with that

the staff was friendly, and the pool was heated

the laundry on the second floor didn t dry clothes good but the staff helped me in the end

just lots of trucks out front in the parking lot) the pool was dated but it was clean

staff was very friendly and very cooperative. hey have heated pool and good gym.

the website advertised pool/spa open but listed other covid policies that were not open, so we surely though

indoor pool was very extremely cold, and the spa pool was extremely hot

being the guest of the week didn t feel very special at all i really had my hopes up for a nice spa bath just

spa would have eased my body aches if it was hotter ud83dude0a but it was warm so it was okay

spa didn't bubble for a good back massage

breakfast food was cold i had to re heat it i m my room.

staff was friendly. kids enjoyed indoor pool. rooms are nice and clean.

when we are trying to(family)leave out for our daughter high school graduation walking up to our kids asking

from the breakfast bar was more than welcoming and accommodating

the children in our group enjoyed the gorgeous pool while we got settled in our room

the bar and restaurant was open, but covid still rules at some locations

the hotel is in sections and we had to take 3 elevators and walk thru indoor pool area to from parking garage

the drink machine was not working on the 5th floor and the bar was suppose to close at 1 but closed at 12:45

room service breakfast food was awful

complimentary breakfast is not very good

very dirty room, open drug transactions in parking lot, very scary place

cars backed into the parking lots, left running, when within minutes parking lot was full of loiters

lord weekly rates and breakfast every morning

the pool. we watched the full solar eclipse from it.

i love that our room was right over the pool

no fitness! no pool!

that breakfast was so high and wasn't included in the stay that was ridiculous.

pool was closed due to rain, but the front office staff allowed us to play board and card games in

there was not laundry facility at the hotel. the room was a little small.

some people were smoking right outside the front door and were not told to move further out.

only thing i didn't like was that the spa tub was still a little dirty, so i had to clean it out before we could

i loved the spa tub, and the hotel is in a great area. oh, and also, the environment was nice.

the pet fee was extremely high and higher than the human rate alone

having a kitchen made all the difference for me very convenient.

my kids were able to sleep on the pull -out bed in the living room with no problem
