spa tub in our room didn't work

was super upset that the spa was closed that should have been mentioned hence was the biggest reason we went

the hot tub / spa was closed due to a leak

pool and spa looked nice

i wish the pool would be open later

spa tub was not clean

parking was adequet once we found the entrance to the parking lot

nearby, large and comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, west bend city is really nice, many parking

reference: anyone staying at this location needs to know the entry to the hotel is through the parking lot off

the free hot breakfast was very good! the hotel is very quiet and clean.

the king spa room and it has doors diving the bed room so its great if you have children

only thing was the light above our spa did not work

we enjoyed eating breakfast on the outdoor deck and playing pool in the common area

i had thought that we had a spa in our suite. we did not. we were disappointed.

spa in pool room had some really bad chemicals in it; i was very sick from sitting in there

especially since your pool and spa tub were out of order

nice pet potty are with bags

people in this area are friendly, and hotel is pet friendly

the front desk lady made sure we were hooked up the the wifi before leaving for our room which was nice

sheets, pet friendly, plenty of parking

wifi wasn't working so i was disappointed i couldn't get the things i wanted to do online done

a lot of attention to details , bath crystals, hand sanitizer, masks, large spa bath those were real nice

had a room with a spa tub in it, and i would request that anti-slip stuff be put in for safety or a grab bar to
