the spa tub

spa suite was relaxing

really enjoyed the in room spa tub

i ve gotten hotel rooms at other places for the spa tub and half the jets didn t work

the king bed and the spa bath

the spa and hot tub didn't work. could use some painting done.

spa tub drain didn't work too good

the spa tub in the room was really nice.

but the spa bath in the room had leftover rose pedals from probably the day before i

no elevator, room had holes in wall, no plug for tub, no wifi code given nor made aware of breakfast offer

wish the pool could be a bit bigger but it didn't ruin much of my stay though so it's all good

water from pool was not cold loved it it was warm

there were about 10 kids in the pool, the first evening, that were not staying at the hotel

in room above us either had bricks for feet or it could of been kids running around the room

the night before check in i called to arrange and early check in and ended up being hung up on

member i was in contact with was friendly even though she lied to me about not having other non-smoking rooms

parking lot was dirty and seemed unkempt

everything staff was rude. room was not clean. asked for non smoking and gave me a smoking room

there was a per night per pet fee that was not clearly advertised - they claimed it was to clean the room, but

pool and i love to bbq so they had a nice bbq area

breakfast was decent but not the best

available at the front desk early in the morning / the key-card room wasn't working to access the gym

wifi was available at no extra charge when we were there

wifi does not reach to the end of the building, and it was essential that i had internet access for
