use of the spa (which we were entitled to for staying at the hotel) was a hassle

before we came, we called and emailed the spa and also tried to message the business a couple times without

our room was also beside the fitness center so the sound of weights hitting the floor started at 5:00am until

the incidental charges at check in, 1 day later, they charged my card again for the incidentals ( pet, valet,
