loved the in house spa services

pool spa

spa is not very clean

my credit card and spending an hour on the phone with staff i expected at least a discount at the spa or restaurant

had full access to health spa facilities even though we didn't use it

unit caused a gap in the window allowing bugs in that we had to kill, no paper towels in the kitchen, room was

wifi was horrible are room was a deadzone even after we had called ahead to confirm wifi was

where the clean laundry was kept on a desk downstairs, there was dirty laundry near it and touching the clean

was no breakfast but you could bring food and use the kitchen

or use the fitness center or get a spa service, so we didn t have a full experience there

the afternoon tea was lovely and the farm-to-table breakfast was delicious

and fitness area were closed under dr orders to exercise and i looked for these when

the upstairs was extremely hot by the bathroom/ spa area

this place would benefit a lot from a spa or indoor sauna or hot tub

well-equipment kitchen with almost every thing we need

is a drive away from food, bar, pool, beach etc

it didn t have a spa and has a very late check in time

arranged for me to have an early check in due to some circumstances that were disturbing

really loved the king size rooms with the fireplaces

the kids running around and shouting

could use a little more shade at the pool. otherwise perfect.

indoor pool and especially the hot tub could have been cleaner

the options on-site (mini golf, indoor pool) were fun for the evenings and the value for the size and accommodations

kitchen dated but clean.

suzanne puts together a lovely breakfast and the kitchen is fully stocked with snacks and such throughout the

the kids and i had a marvelous time. it was better than any hotel. we felt at home.

enjoyed staying at a small bed and breakfast where there was a host (tracey) who was available, knowledgeable

great breakfast with many choices

parking was easy and convenient

close to restaurant and parking

nice to have a pub with a bar in the hotel

liked the breakfast and the tavern

24 hour front desk, great location, great price. nice smelling toiletries, spa on-site

booked here mostly for the spa which there was no availability in so we paid extra for off premises spa amentities
