daily yoga and spa treatments were awesome

parking is a bit tight but it s doable if you are not in a rush.

they even have yoga in the morning and serve you a vegan breakfast

the breakfast is always a nice surprise (fully plant-based), since they cook it fresh everyday

the breakfast was delicious

no spa or gift shop and common areas had old run down furniture and bugs

beachfront room had the laundry next to it and the staff spent most of the day smoking and talking

no in-dinning/ or room service of any other nature;no fridge in the room; no tv; poor cleaned room; didn t

location was great, bar and restaurant staff are second to none.

the restaurant and bar was only open from wednesday to sunday.

the laundry facility is way too expensive

due to the huracane they said they have wifi an they dont.

was a little bit damp, also no wifi available at the building i was assigned, which was very inconvenient when

the pool is great!, really big!

a pool almost at every building

that where staying in the upper villa smokes and the smell was in my villa in the living room and kitchen every

we would've liked to have food service at the pool but that wasn't an option but there were plenty of restaurants

during spring break and it felt really crowded with long lines for everything - breakfast, ferry, gym

it took 15 minutes to walk to main hotel or longer to the water park and shuttle to their private beach

spa was closed

the spa is not exist

and very few food or store options, though the water park, ferry to palomino island, and spa are in that area

no spa - disappointed no water sports

very friendly staff but especially those who work in the splash bar area at the pool
